Build

Build the basics that make trust possible.

Build puts the foundations in. Policies that exist and are followed, a chart of accounts that answers a donor's question without a reconstruction exercise, a month-end that closes on a date rather than eventually.

This is the tier a Society needs when the diagnosis is already clear, or when a first audit is coming and the paperwork will not survive it.

Workshops run in local language using the Society's own accounts, not a worked example from elsewhere. Participants certify, and mentoring continues for three months after the workshop closes.

A structure that reports by donor, project and cost centre without manual reworking.

Local-language workshops on the Society's own accounts, with certification and three months of mentoring.

Outcome

Leadership walks away with adopted policies, a close that lands on schedule, trained and certified staff, and transactions that can be traced end to end.
