Diagnose

Know where you stand.

Diagnose is where most National Societies start. It answers a question leadership can rarely answer from the inside: what actually works in this finance function, what does not, and which of the gaps matter first.

The tier is built for a Society facing a qualified audit opinion, a donor question it cannot evidence, a change of finance leadership, or a decision on whether to replace its systems. It is also the honest first step where nobody yet agrees on the diagnosis.

Every gap the assessment records is paired to a practical action, a timeline and a named owner inside the Society. The output is a plan the board can approve, not a list of findings.
