The site

This site is published by the Finance Development Centre, an IFRC Reference Centre hosted by the Norwegian Red Cross. It is provided for information and for arranging finance development support.

The resource library

Open resources may be downloaded, used and adapted by National Societies and Movement colleagues without charge, including translation into a working language. Two conditions apply: acknowledge the source, and do not present an adaptation as the Centre's own published version.

Resources are guidance, not professional advice. A National Society applying a template remains responsible for its own compliance with its national law, its statutes and its donors' requirements.

Restricted downloads

Items marked with a lock carry National Society names or engagement scoping detail. They are available to Movement colleagues on log in, and on the conditions that they are not redistributed outside the Movement, not published, and not used in a commercial proposal.

Restricted items still appear in the library. Hiding them would leave a Society unable to know the material exists.

The protected emblem

The dual Red Cross Red Crescent emblem is a protected symbol under the Geneva Conventions, not a logo. It is not used in this site's chrome and is not included in the media logo pack. Nothing on this site grants any right to use it.

Availability

The Centre aims to keep the site available and accurate but does not warrant either. Figures carry the date they were drawn; a figure is accurate as at that date and not necessarily after it.
