How the team is organised

Specialists are placed inside the regions rather than in Oslo. A specialist covers a group of focus countries, works in that region's languages, and is the first person a Society in those countries talks to.

Delivery is not limited to the specialist who takes the request. Engagements draw on whichever specialists the work needs, and every output is peer reviewed by someone who did not produce it.
