What we do
Know where you stand. Needs assessments, IFRS and ERP gap reviews, and a plan of action the board can approve.
Build the basics. A finance manual, internal controls, policies and training that make transactions traceable.
Make it last. KPI monitoring, quarterly walkthroughs, core cost and reserves policies, transition plans.
Where the work has reached
Finance development support delivered by the Norwegian Red Cross, 28 of them in 2025. These National Societies are the Centre's starting point, and every National Society is eligible to request.
