ERP Business Case and Readiness Assessment

Assesses readiness for accounting software/ERP procurement, including business needs, pain points, process maturity, data quality, resources, risks and high-level options. Also evaluates mission alignment, leadership ownership, change capacity, cost affordability and practical implementation fit relative to the size of the National Society.
