Norad indicators mapped to the SivSa results framework

Selected Centre indicators feed the SivSa global results framework. The mapping, the definitions and the calculation for each indicator are published on the global KPI page rather than held in a partner pack.

Publishing definitions rather than only values is a deliberate choice. A figure without its definition cannot be checked, and an indicator nobody can check is not accountability.

The Centre's services carry measurement sections that map to the framework, so an engagement contributes to the results picture as a by-product of delivery rather than through a separate reporting exercise.
