Triage, scoping and the technical work, with peer review of every output before it reaches the National Society.
The Centre's delivery cost, invoiced by the Centre. In-country costs, agreed directly with the National Society. Or both.

Where IFRC, ICRC or another partner is already engaged in the same country, the Centre coordinates rather than duplicates.
