You are already supporting a National Society. Route the technical work through the Centre and keep financing the in-country costs directly.

Step one

Route the request

The request goes through the Centre's intake with the National Society's consent. You can submit it; the Society confirms.

Step two

Triage, scoping and the technical work, with peer review of every output before it reaches the Society.

Step three

Directly with the Society, under a separate agreement. The Centre is copied in and assures the design.

The National Society	Objectives, the internal lead, staff time, approval of recommendations, implementation.
The Centre	Triage, scoping, adviser time, quality assurance against IFRS, ISA and COSO, the close-out report and KPIs.
You, the partner	In-country implementation costs under a direct agreement with the Society: systems, hardware, venues, external consultants, audit fees, translation.

Where IFRC, ICRC or another partner is already engaged in the same country, the Centre coordinates rather than duplicates.
